General Decision-Making Process. In accordance with Clause 3.7 of the ETSI Technical Working Procedures, and subject to the provisions of Article 1.1 of the present Agreement, the Signatory agrees that the Discretionary Decisions taken by the ISG Members and ISG Participants shall be binding upon the Signatory when taken according to the rules laid down in Clause 1.7 of the ETSI Technical Working Procedures, except for any variations provided for in Annex 3 hereof.
