The 'General data collection' clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the gathering of data by one or both parties under an agreement. It typically outlines what types of data may be collected, the methods of collection, and any limitations or requirements, such as obtaining consent or adhering to privacy laws. For example, it may specify that only non-personal or anonymized data can be collected, or that data must be stored securely. General data collection. The Recipient shall maintain such records as reasonably may be necessary to:
(a) Disclose the manner in which the CMF Award provided hereunder is used;
(b) Demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Act, CMF Regulations, and the Assistance Agreement; and
(c) Evaluate the accomplishments of the CMF.
General data collection. The Recipient shall maintain such records as may be reasonably necessary to:
(a) disclose the manner in which the Award provided hereunder is used;
(b) demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the BEA Program Regulations and the Award Agreement; and
(c) evaluate the accomplishments of the BEA Program.
General data collection. The CONSULTANT may be required to perform planning related data collection studies that may include, but are not limited to, origin-destination survey, travel time and delay survey, auto occupancy, bridge closing and/or boat volume, trip generation, saturation flow, parking, crash, traffic conflicts, spot speeds, transit ridership, public transportation survey, census data compilation, zonal data development, community impact assessment and public interviews. The CONSULTANT may be required to assist staff with data collection and analyses for factors that must be considered during the state planning process. Also, the CONSULTANT may be required to develop questionnaires and forms necessary for these studies, and ensure that the type and amount of data collected is statistically valid. The CONSULTANT will be required to document the data collection effort fully and provide this documentation and collected data in an electronic format acceptable to the DEPARTMENT.
