Covenants of Servicer Unless required by law or court order, the Servicer will not release the Financed Vehicle securing any Receivable from the security interest granted by such Receivable in whole or in part except (i) in the event of payment in full by or on behalf of the Obligor thereunder or payment in full less a deficiency which the Servicer would not attempt to collect in accordance with its Customary Servicing Practices, (ii) in connection with repossession or (iii) as may be required by an insurer in order to receive proceeds from any Insurance Policy covering such Financed Vehicle.

Additional Covenants of Tenant If, as result of any application or use by Landlord of all or any part of the Letter of Credit, the amount of the Letter of Credit shall be less than the Letter of Credit Amount, Tenant shall, within five (5) business days thereafter, provide Landlord with additional letter(s) of credit in an amount equal to the deficiency (or a replacement letter of credit in the total Letter of Credit Amount), and any such additional (or replacement) letter of credit shall comply with all of the provisions of this ARTICLE 27, and if Tenant fails to comply with the foregoing, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, the same shall constitute an Event of Default by Tenant. Waiver of Past Events of Servicing Termination The Holders of Notes evidencing not less than 51% of the Note Balance of the Controlling Class may, on behalf of all Noteholders, waive any Event of Servicing Termination and its consequences, except an event resulting from the failure to make any required deposits to or payments from the Collection Account, the Note Payment Account, the Certificate Payment Account or the Reserve Account in accordance with this Agreement. Upon any such waiver of an Event of Servicing Termination, such event shall cease to exist, and shall be deemed to have been remedied for every purpose of this Agreement. No such waiver shall extend to any subsequent or other event or impair any right arising therefrom, except to the extent expressly so waived.
