Common use of General Contractor Clause in Contracts

General Contractor. Hathaway ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Construction Company, or any other general contractor selected by Landlord in its sole discretion, with respect to Landlord's Work. The General Contractor with respect to Tenant's Work shall be selected by Tenant, subject to Landlord's approval (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), as contemplated in Paragraph 5(a) hereof.

Hathaway ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Construction Company, or any other licensed, experienced and reputable general contractor selected by Landlord and approved in its sole discretionwriting by Tenant (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), with respect to Landlord's ’s Work. The General Contractor with respect to Tenant's ’s Work shall be a licensed, experienced and reputable general contractor selected by Tenant, subject to Landlord's ’s written approval (not to be unreasonably withheld withheld, conditioned or delayed), as contemplated in Paragraph 5(a) hereof.
