GENERAL CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES. 1. General contractor and subcontractors must be approved by Landlord in writing prior to construction commencement. Landlord reserves the exclusive right to disapprove Tenant's general contractor or subcontractors. Landlord will supply Tenant with a list of acceptable contractors upon request. 2. General contractor and subcontractors must use labor that will perform in harmony with other trades working in the region. At no time may Tenant work interfere with Landlord's or other tenant's work or normal operations of the Building. 3. Certificates of Insurance naming Landlord, DKM Properties Corp., and their agents and employees as additional insureds must be submitted to Landlord prior to Tenant's entry upon the Premises, including delivery of any materials to Premises, or construction commencement with coverage for commercial general liability, and property damage in the amounts required in the Lease. Landlord reserves the right to dictate limits of coverage. 4. Copies of any notification by the municipality of additional requirements in connection with permit approval must be delivered to Landlord.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES. Except as provided by law or regulations, the California Building Code (Title 24, California Code of Regulations) shall apply to all facility improvement work. Concessionaire shall use the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Master Guide Specifications in the planning, design, construction, and completion of all facility improvements approved by State.
