Each Party represents, warrants and agrees that (i) such Party’s execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or violate any applicable law, rule, regulation, order, decree, or ordinance; and (ii) such Party shall comply with the requirements of 41 CFR § 60-1.4(a)-250.5(a), and -741.5(a), if applicable, relating to equal opportunity clauses pertaining to government contracts.
