General Commitment to Cooperate a) The Parties agree to cooperate in good faith and to take reasonable actions towards commitments to achieve the principles of the Master Agreement.
b) The Parties will work together and in a manner that is proactive, timely, transparent, and respectful of each Party’s applicable laws, regulations and policies.
