Common use of General Aggregate Clause in Contracts

General Aggregate. (Commercial Form Only): Coverage of not less than five million dollars (USD $5,000,000). These coverages will not limit the liability of LICENSEE in any way. LICENSEE will provide THE REGENTS, upon request, with certificates of insurance, including renewals, that show compliance with these requirements. LICENSEE's failure to maintain this insurance will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
