Common use of General Administration Clause in Contracts

General Administration. Under the direction of the Fund’s Board of Directors, MSIM shall manage, administer, and conduct all of the general business activities of the Fund other than those which have been contracted to third parties by the Fund, and shall, directly or through third parties, provide the personnel and facilities necessary to perform such general business activities under the supervision of the Fund’s Board of Directors and Executive Officers.
