Genentech Compound Sample Clauses

Genentech Compound. Genentech shall use commercially reasonable efforts to Manufacture and Supply, [***], sufficient quantities of the Genentech Compound to conduct the Study and related analyses as agreed by the Parties. Genentech represents and warrants to Corvus that the Genentech Compound used in the Study shall be Manufactured and Supplied to the Participating Sites in compliance with the Specifications for the Genentech Compound and Applicable Law.
