Gender Inclusivity Clause Samples
Gender Inclusivity. Throughout this Agreement wherever the words “he”, “his”, “her”, “him”, or “he/she” appear, it shall be read as meaning employees inclusive of all genders.
Gender Inclusivity. Unless the context otherwise requires, references to a specific gender shall include all other genders.
Gender Inclusivity. As institutions fully committed to gender inclusivity, the University and the Union have agreed to use "they," "their" and "them" as singular, gender-neutral pronouns throughout this Agreement.
