Gate Receipts. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and Recreation reserves the right to approve any and all gate operations. If you are charging a gate fee, please indicate how much . Tournaments with 20 or more teams will be required to pay a gate fee of $1 per person to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and Recreation Department. Duplicate tickets must be used to verify the amount of tickets sold. Ticket sale proceeds must be paid at the end of each day to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and Recreation employee on duty.
Gate Receipts. The NCHSAA shall not retain any amount of gate receipts or ticket sales for any games except for playoff and state championship games. The NCHSAA shall annually establish the percentage of net proceeds from playoff and state championship games, by sport, that it will retain. Net proceeds shall be defined as those proceeds remaining after the participating and hosting schools and the NCHSAA have been reimbursed for the reasonable costs of hosting and/or participating in the event. The State Board reserves the right to reject the NCHSAA’s annual determination of the net proceeds from gate receipts that it may retain if finds the monies being retained are unnecessary or excessive. As used in this MOU, “playoff and state championship games” shall mean any playoff contest in a bracketed team sport and any regional or state event in an individual sport.
Gate Receipts. SMG shall institute and maintain a system for handling gate receipts necessary for responsible management and accounting of all tickets and gate receipts.

Gate Receipts. (a) Gross Gate Receipts at Matches shall belong to the Home Club. (b) The Home Club shall bear all match expenses. (c) Subject to paragraph (d) of this Regulation, the Visiting Club shall be responsible for its own travelling and accommodation expenses. (d) When a Match is postponed or abandoned in circumstances where it is required to be replayed, the RFU shall determine whether the Visiting Club shall be entitled to receive from the Home Club out of the gate receipts, reasonable travelling and accommodation expenses caused solely by the postponement or abandonment, and if so, the amount of such expenses.
