GAS CERTIFICATE. The Seller/Purchaser (delete appropriately) shall, prior to registration of transfer of the property, be obliged at that parties own cost and expense, to deliver to the Conveyancers a valid gas system certificate for any gas installation on the Property as contemplated in the Regulations made in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
