Common use of Gardens Clause in Contracts

Gardens. You must keep your garden tidy by cutting the lawn and any ▇▇▇▇▇▇, keeping it free from rubbish (including furniture) and making sure that it does not get overgrown. We may be able to help you with grass cutting if you are elderly or disabled. If your garden becomes overgrown, and you are not elderly or disabled, we will ask you to clear it. If you do not do so, we will clear it and charge you for the work.
