Garbage Services Sample Clauses

The 'Garbage Services' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the collection, removal, and disposal of waste generated on the premises. Typically, it specifies which party—such as the landlord or tenant—is responsible for arranging and paying for garbage collection, and may outline requirements for maintaining cleanliness or adhering to local waste management regulations. This clause ensures that waste is managed efficiently and hygienically, preventing disputes over responsibility and helping maintain a safe and orderly environment.
