Common use of Garbage Removal Clause in Contracts

Garbage Removal. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to our garbage removal service we provide, at the option of the landlord, to ensure all garbage is taken to the curb on trash day or straight to the dumpster provided on the property. The cost of this service is $5.00 per bag/receptacle billed weekly. Tenant will not be assessed these charges if all garbage and\or recycling has been properly placed in the dumpster and/or brought to the curb by 7:00 a.m. on trash day.
