GARBAGE CONTAINERS. (1) If provided container is damaged beyond repair or stolen while in the customer’s possession the customer will be charged $85.00 for the (2) On collection day each person receiving solid waste collection service shall place the container along the curb with the lid facing the street by 7:00am in the morning. GARBAGE CONTAINERS. An occupant or person in charge of premises where garbage accumulates shall keep or cause to be kept on the premises one or more portable containers of a standard type suitable for deposit of garbage and shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the containers all garbage that accumulates on the premises.
GARBAGE CONTAINERS. Tenant agrees to supply, pay for and maintain its own garbage container(s), with the minimum pickup schedule to maintain a clean and orderly area. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Landlord elects to provide garbage containers and/or pickup service, then Tenant agrees to pay for its proportionate share of the cost of such containers and/or service. All garbage containers shall be kept covered and shall be kept in such locations as Landlord may designate.
GARBAGE CONTAINERS. Please keep the premises clean by using the garbage cans or dumpster at each building. It is imperative that all trash be wrapped or put in bags and placed in the refuse containers and the cover firmly affixed. Trash must not be left in the parking or common areas at any time.
