GARBAGE AND YARD WASTE. Garbage and yard waste which is to be collected by CONTRACTOR shall be collected at the Side yard / Rear yard of the property. CONTRACTOR shall move the solid waste container / 96 gallon cart from the side / rear yard to the street, where it is immediately emptied into the CONTRACTOR’S disposal vehicle. Once the container is emptied, CONTRACTOR shall place the container / 96 gallon cart back in its original location, with the lids closed. If a 96 gallon cart is lost or damaged beyond the normal wear and tear, the contractor shall be responsible for the replacement or repair of the container / cart.
