GARAGEKEEPERS LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. Vendor shall procure and maintain in force for the duration of this Agreement, Garagekeepers Legal Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) each occurrence to cover City vehicles in the care, custody and control of Vendor for damage or other loss, including comprehensive and collision risks. The coverage form must be on a direct primary basis.
GARAGEKEEPERS LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. Contractor will operate a parking lot, owns a garage, and/or will accept another’s property for repair or keeping and therefore become a bailee. Insurance must provide coverage against liability for damage to vehicles in Contractor’s care, custody or control. These responsibilities are normally excluded by General Liability policies under the care, custody and control exclusion. Therefore, this coverage is needed.
GARAGEKEEPERS LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE with a limit of not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) per occurrence.
GARAGEKEEPERS LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. If the Premises includes, or Borrower otherwise leases or uses, any parking garage structure or attended or secured automobile parking lot, garagekeeper’s legal liability insurance providing comprehensive coverage on a per accident basis.
