Common use of Gaming Information Clause in Contracts

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties agree not to provide confidential gaming information concerning the Company Assets to any third party or Governmental Authority, except as may be required by law, including applicable Gaming Regulations, or by the Company’s financing agreements or other contractual obligations approved by the Board.
