Gaming Contract. Any of the following shall occur: (i) any Gaming Contract is not in full force and effect; (ii) any Loan Party shall have materially breached, on one or more occasions, its obligations under any Gaming Contract; or (iii) any Gaming Contract shall be amended in any manner that, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and such Gaming Contract(s) individually or in the aggregate, represented 10% or more of Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries most recently then ended.
