Gain Share Calculation. 2.1 The Gain Share Calculation shall be made at each Gain Share Calculation Date in respect of the relevant Gain Share Period. 2.2 Within thirty (30) Working Days of the Gain Share Calculation Date for each Gain Share Period, the Contractor shall deliver to the Framework Authority the Gain Share Calculation for the relevant Gain Share Period and the Gain Share Financial Reports for each Contract Year within the Gain Share Period. 2.3 Each Gain Share Calculation shall: (a) be prepared in accordance with the gain sharing rates set out in Paragraph 0 below; (b) be constructed using the Gain Share Financial Reports for each Contract Year within the relevant Gain Share Period and shall be supplied in both paper and electronic copy; (c) be certified as correct and accurate by a director of the Contractor; (d) calculate, in accordance with the methodology used for the calculation of the Financial Reports, the Earned Revenue and Earned Expenses during the relevant Gain Share Period; (e) calculate, in accordance with the methodology used in the Financial Reports the Earned Gain during the relevant Gain Share Period; (f) show separately the amounts of Earned Gain (if any) falling into Band 1 and Band 2 for the relevant Gain Share Period as defined in Paragraph 0 below; and (g) where there is a Gain Share Amount, the Contractor's Gain Share Amount for each of Band 1 and Band 2 and the Framework Authority's Gain Share Amount (if any) for Band 2. 2.4 Following receipt by the Framework Authority of a Gain Share Calculation, the Contractor shall provide to the Framework Authority any such additional information as it may reasonably request so that the Framework Authority can verify the accuracy of the Gain Share Calculation other than information that has already been provided to the Framework Authority pursuant to Paragraph 1.3. 2.5 Within thirty (30) Working Days of receipt of each Gain Share Calculation and the Gain Share Financial Reports and all additional information required pursuant to Paragraph 2.4, the Framework Authority shall notify the Contractor whether it agrees with or disputes the Gain Share Calculation.
