GAAP Notice Sample Clauses

GAAP Notice. This Section 2(b) shall constitute notice under the Credit Agreement by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent that, on and after the Amendment Transactions Effective Time, the Borrower and Parent (or any direct or indirect parent thereof) intend to use GAAP in lieu of IFRS for all purposes under the Credit Agreement as more fully set forth therein.
