G Shift Differential. 22 1. Evening shift differential will be paid at the rate of six percent (6%) of 23 the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay two dollars and twenty-five cents 24 ($2.25) per hour. 26 The night shift differential will apply to consecutive years of service on 27 night shift at the Hospital.
