Future Reports. The Company will make generally available (which may be satisfied by filing with the Commission on ▇▇▇▇▇) to the Company’s security holders and to the Underwriters as soon as practicable an earnings statement covering a period of at least twelve months beginning with the first fiscal quarter of the Company occurring after the date of this Agreement which shall satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Securities Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder.
