Future Release. Through future negotiations to be convened by the Commission, the Parties shall deepen the liberalization achieved in the different services sectors, with a view to achieving the elimination of the remaining restrictions inscribed in accordance with Article 10-07, paragraphs 3 to 5, and an overall balance in commitments.
