Future Project Approvals Clause Samples
The "Future Project Approvals" clause establishes the process and requirements for obtaining consent or authorization for projects that may arise after the initial agreement is signed. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria, procedures, and timelines for submitting new project proposals and specifies the parties responsible for reviewing and approving such proposals. By setting clear expectations for how future projects are considered and approved, the clause ensures that both parties retain control over their commitments and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes regarding the scope of work.

A material amendment is an amendment that increases the severity of any significant environmental impact identified in the EIR (“Material Amendment”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Climate Resolve may engage in the Dispute Resolution process as set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement.
