Common use of Future Loans Clause in Contracts

Future Loans. The Company hereby agrees that it shall not incur indebtedness for borrowed money, nor shall it permit any person to become a party to the Security Agreement and a holder of New Obligations (as defined in the Security Agreement), unless the material terms of any such indebtedness are made available to the Lenders and such terms are no more favorable to the proposed lender than the terms of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the Lenders.

Future Loans.
