Common use of Future Liens Clause in Contracts

Future Liens. Tenant agrees to subordinate this Lease and its interest in the Premises and the Land to the lien of any Superior Mortgagee who comes into existence at any time prior to the expiration of the Term, provided that such subordination is conditioned upon the Superior Mortgagee’s delivery to Tenant of an executed SNDA substantially in the form of Exhibit “D”.
