Future Leased Property. The Borrower shall, and shall ---------------------- cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, use its (and their) best efforts to deliver to the Administrative Agent an estoppel letter in a form satisfactory to the Administrative Agent executed by the lessor of any real property in the U.S. that is leased by the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary for a term in excess of one year, to the extent the value of any personal property to be held at such leased property exceeds (or it is anticipated that the value of such personal property will, during the term of such leasehold term, exceed) $7,500,000.
Future Leased Property. (a) Prior to entering into any new lease of real property or renewing any existing lease of real property following the Agreement Effective Date, the Borrower shall, and shall cause each of its U.S. Subsidiaries to, use its best efforts (which shall not require the expenditure of cash or the making of any material concessions under the relevant lease) to deliver to the Administrative Agent a Waiver executed by the lessor of any real property that is to be leased by the Borrower or such U.S. Subsidiary for a term in excess of one year in any state which by statute grants such lessor a "landlord's" (or similar) Lien which is superior to the Administrative Agent's, to the extent the value of any personal property of the Borrower or its U.S. Subsidiaries to be held at such leased property exceeds (or it is anticipated that the value of such personal property will, at any point in time during the term of such leasehold term, exceed) $10,000,000.
