Future Funding Commitments. All of the Borrower, Guarantors and their Subsidiaries unfunded loan commitments and other contractual obligations paid or to be paid in the form of cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unfunded loan commitments shall mean the projection of future cash fundings related to existing unfunded loan commitments for the applicable time period, as approved by the Agent.
