Future Flow Regimes Sample Clauses

Future Flow Regimes. All parties understand and agree that the Pilot Project is not an agreement by the City to maintain any specific flow regime after completion of the Pilot Project. The information provided through the Pilot Project may be used to help inform the establishment of target instream flows that will be included in the stipulated judgment and physical solution in the adjudication. However, the flow regime in the Pilot Project is not binding on the development of those target instream flows, which the parties agree and acknowledge may be less than, greater than or entirely different than the flow regime in the Pilot Project.
