Future Elections. Continue to vote for the Persons elected as directors in accordance with this Agreement or any successor directors designated in accordance with Section 3.3 as directors of the Corporation from the date hereof until the termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, M.D. and W. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ may designate in writing a Person other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to serve as a director, subject to the consent of the other directors of the Corporation, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
