Future Districts Sample Clauses
The "Future Districts" clause defines how new geographic or administrative areas, referred to as districts, will be handled under the agreement as they are created or recognized in the future. Typically, this clause outlines the process for incorporating these new districts into the scope of the contract, such as automatically including them under existing terms or requiring a formal amendment. By establishing a clear mechanism for addressing future changes in district boundaries or designations, this clause ensures the agreement remains relevant and comprehensive, preventing disputes or gaps in coverage as new districts emerge.
