Future Developments. As to any future Developments made by Executive which relate to the business, products or practices of the Company and which are first conceived or reduced to practice during the term of this Agreement, but which are claimed for any reason to belong to an entity or person other than the Company, Executive agrees to promptly disclose the same in writing to the Company and shall not disclose the same to others if the Company, within twenty (20) days thereafter, shall claim ownership of such Developments under the terms of this Agreement.
