Future Developments in Technical Data. The Seller continuously monitors technological developments and applies them to Technical Data, document and information systems’ functionalities, production and methods of transmission. The Seller will implement and the Buyer will accept any new technological development applicable to the Technical Data that the Seller in its sole discretion deems to be beneficial and economical for the production and transmission of data and documents. The Seller will provide reasonable notice to the Buyer of such new developments and their application and of the date by which the same will be implemented by the Seller. UNQUOTE
