Future Development Costs Sample Clauses
The 'Future Development Costs' clause defines how expenses related to the ongoing or future development of a project, product, or property will be handled between the parties. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for funding additional development, how such costs are to be approved, and the process for reimbursement or cost-sharing. For example, in a joint venture, it may specify that both parties contribute equally to future upgrades or expansions.
