Common use of Future Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Future Cooperation. Employee agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company, its financial and legal advisors, in connection with any business matters for which the Employee’s assistance may be required and in any claims, investigations, administrative proceedings or lawsuits which relate to the Company and for which Employee may possess relevant knowledge or information. Any travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the Employee as a result of such cooperation will be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s standard policies.

Employee EMPLOYEE also agrees to reasonably cooperate with the CompanyCOMPANY in the future and to provide to the COMPANY truthful information, its financial and legal advisors, testimony or affidavits requested in connection with any business matters for which the Employee’s assistance matter that arose during his employment. This cooperation may be required performed at reasonable times and places and in a manner as to not interfere with any claims, investigations, administrative proceedings or lawsuits which relate other employment he may have at the time of request. The COMPANY agrees to the Company and reimburse Exhibit 10.1 EMPLOYEE for which Employee may possess relevant knowledge or information. Any travel and accommodation expenses incurred in providing such cooperation, so long as such expenses are approved in advance by the Employee as a result of such cooperation will be reimbursed in accordance with the Company’s standard policiesCOMPANY.

Future Cooperation.
