Common use of Future Conservation Measures Clause in Contracts

Future Conservation Measures. There may be a time in the future when the Service identifies a conservation measure(s), based on future RCW research, that is critical to the conservation of the RCW. In such event, ADCNR-WFF and the Service would allow enrolled landowners, with concurrence from both ADCNR-WFF and the Service, to choose such conservation measure(s) as their voluntary RCW management action(s). The selection of any such measure(s) would provide an immediate net conservation benefit to RCWs.
