Future Circumstances Sample Clauses

Future Circumstances. The Parties have set forth in this Agreement their mutual understanding and commitments regarding the development, manufacture and sale of the Products. The Parties further understand that they will cooperate and negotiate in good faith with each other in order to resolve any future differences and to agree upon adjustments or modifications hereto which may be needed due to future circumstances, and to otherwise act to promote a long term relationship regarding the Products and any future business dealings between the Parties.
