Future Change Sample Clauses

Future Change. If, during the Term, any term or condition of this Agreement is significantly affected, impaired or impeded in its operation by external changes, the Parties agree to negotiate the relevantly affected term or condition in good faith with a view to continuing the effective operation of this Agreement. If such renegotiations fail to result in agreement, either Party may seek to have the matter resolved by the Grievance Tribunal whose decision will be final and binding on the Parties.
