Future Amendments. To the extent that the Arrangement Agreement is amended, modified, restated, replaced or superseded from time to time, all references herein to the Arrangement Agreement shall be to the Arrangement Agreement as amended, modified or restated from time to time or to the agreement which has replaced or superseded it from time to time, and all references to particular sections of the Arrangement Agreement shall be deemed to be references to the analogous provision in the Arrangement Agreement as amended, modified or restated from time to time or to the agreement which has replaced or superseded it from time to time.
