Future Alteration Sample Clauses

Future Alteration. Any replacement , reconstruction, addition or modification in building, interior or exterior decor or image, equipment or signage, to be made after consent is granted by Licensor for the initial plans, whether at the request of Licensee or of Licensor, shall be made in accordance with written specifications which have received the prior written consent of Licensor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
