Common use of Future Advertisements Clause in Contracts

Future Advertisements. The Company agrees that the Placement Agents have the right to place advertisements describing its services to the Company under this Agreement in its own marketing materials as well as financial and other newspapers and journals at its own expense following the final closing of the Offering.
