Common use of Future Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of real Properties.

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and or the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of real material Oil and Gas Properties or other material Properties.

The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose in accordance with industry standards as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of real Oil and Gas Properties.

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent and or the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of real Propertiesmaterial Oil and Gas Properties constituting Collateral.

The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual in accordance with American Society for Testing and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose Materials standards as reasonably requested by the Administrative Collateral Agent and the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Collateral Agent or the Majority Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of real Oil and Gas Properties or other material Properties.
