Common use of Future Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of material Oil and Gas Properties or other material Properties.

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or and the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of material Oil and Gas Properties or other material real Properties.

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or and the Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of material Oil and Gas Properties or other material Properties.

The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests in accordance with industry standards as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of material Oil and Gas Properties or other material Properties.

The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests in accordance with American Society for Testing and Materials standards as reasonably requested by the Administrative Collateral Agent or and the Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Collateral Agent or the Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of material Oil and Gas Properties or other material Properties.

Future Acquisitions. The Borrower will and will cause each Subsidiary to provide environmental audits and tests as are usual and customary to be obtained for Properties of similar use and purpose as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or and the Required First Lien Lenders (or as otherwise required to be obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Required First Lien Lenders by any Governmental Authority) in connection with any future acquisitions of material Oil and Gas Properties or other material real Properties.
