Common use of Further inquiry Clause in Contracts

Further inquiry. At the close of the initial seven (7) day period allowed for explanation or comment, Airservices may make any inquiries considered necessary and in the manner Airservices thinks fit. In doing so, Airservices will ensure that the following matters are considered: i. The circumstances leading to the loss of the qualification; ii. The steps necessary to regain the qualification; iii. Whether you are likely to regain the qualification within a reasonable time, if at all; iv. Any explanation or comments you provide; v. The potential benefits and cost to us of providing appropriate retraining for you; and vi. Any special agreements with industrial organisations concerning the procedures to be adopted when qualifications are to be suspended or cancelled.
