Further Information and Documents. Each Member hereby undertakes to furnish to the Sponsor any additional information that the Sponsor may deem necessary or advisable in order that (a) the Platform, the Sponsor or any of their respective Affiliates may comply with Law or (b) the Platform may open and maintain an account or accounts with securities or commodity brokerage firms. Each Member further undertakes to execute and deliver such other agreements, documented statements of interest and holdings, powers of attorney and other instruments as the Sponsor deems necessary or advisable for the business of the Platform, provided that the same are not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement and do not increase the liabilities or obligations of such Member beyond that provided for in this Agreement.

Further Information and Documents. The Parties agree to furnish upon request to each other such further information, and to execute and deliver to each other such other documents, and to do such other acts and things, all as any other party may reasonably request for the purpose of carrying out the intent of this Agreement and the documents referred to in this Agreement.
