Further Execution. Upon request of the Company from time to time, the Members shall execute and swear to or acknowledge any amended Articles and any other writing which may be required by any rule or law or which may be appropriate to the effecting of any action by or on behalf of the Company or the Members which has been taken in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
