Further Execution. Upon request of the Company from time to time, the Member, Managers and Officers shall execute and swear to or acknowledge any amended Certificate of Formation and any other writing which may be required by any rule or law or which may be appropriate to the effecting of any action by or on behalf of the Company which has been taken in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
