Common use of Further Authority Clause in Contracts

Further Authority. The officers of the Commission or the District, attorneys, engineers and other agents or employees of the Commission or the District are hereby authorized to do all acts and things required of them by this Trust Agreement and the Agreement for the full, punctual and complete performance of all of the terms, covenants and agreements contained in the Bonds and this Trust Agreement.
